The Project Consists of the Acquisition of the E-RTG that we have introduced
consists of the improvement and conversion of the traditional machinery with a
fossil fuel, to a machine, for the movement of containers, more
respectful with the environment “E-RTG” by providing a system capable of
contact the power grid.
The new system installed on the machine is fed from the electrical network through
an installation of electrical conductors (catenary type) located in the

The diesel generator of the machine has not been disassembled to allow
movements between blocks (see attached electrical diagram).
The drive in unit has been installed next to the diesel generator under the portal beam.

This new control installation is installed inside a refrigerated cabinet
made of stainless steel, accessible next to the electrical room.
These machines also have a diesel engine of the fuel saver type, which allows
the reduction of the rpm automatically when the machine is idle, when
does not work in electrical mode, exclusive use outside the storage area,
approximately 10% of the operating time.
Likewise, the traditional technology luminaires have been replaced by a
LED type with automatic shutdown.
This achieves an estimated saving of up to 30%.
